Campaign Owner Obligations
Campaign owners must accurately represent their projects, comply with all laws, maintain transparency, communicate with backers, fulfil rewards as described, conduct themselves ethically, and manage funds responsibly.
Our Role
The platform serves as a facilitator for crowdfunding campaigns. We leverage blockchain technology for transparency, use smart contracts to automate fund disbursement, foster community engagement, and provide dispute resolution mechanisms.
Our Intellectual Property
The platform's Services, Content and Marks are legally protected. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Services or Content without express written permission.
Your Intellectual Property
Your User Content remains your property. By submitting content, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and exploit that content in connection with the Services.
How to Report Copyright Issues
We take intellectual property rights very seriously and comply with the DMCA. To submit a claim of copyright infringement, please contact us via our support page. We reserve the right to delete infringing content and terminate repeat infringer accounts.
Payment Services
The platform accepts electronic wallets and cryptocurrencies including Ethereum. Transaction fees will be disclosed before completing a transaction. Funds are disbursed via smart contract when predefined milestones are met.
